Read on for information about our September event.... Featured Writer for September 2015 We are proud to announce that Jenny Lloyd will read at Words on the Verge on September 26th. Jenny Lloyd was born in England, and has lived there, in Italy, and in Mexico before moving to the United States in 1980. She is a retired history professor from The College at Brockport, and the author of four scholarly articles and one academic book. She began writing memoir and creative non-fiction in the 1990s, and has just completed her memoir In My Mind’s Eye , about her experiences as a small child in World War II, her childhood and adolescence on a remote farm in the West of England, and her time at two boarding schools (Createspace, 2015).
